Summer has well and truly arrived in Aotearoa and Massive is once again here to help you celebrate the warm days and balmy nights with Summer Soulstice 2011. This year we’re putting together an epic zone chock full of Christchurch’s favourite local DJs and best live producers, hosted by the kings of doof Delicious Music playing alongside the head honcho of Zenon Records, Sensient.
And for those who like things a little !harderfastermore!, Rinsed is cranking out a zone with a handpicked selection of DJs new and old, covering a history of dance music from the Christchurch scene. To top this off, we are incredibly proud to present two of the UK’s finest and hardest-working underground hardcore/hard dance DJ/Producers ‘Kevin Energy’, with his partner in crime ‘Sharkey’.
With their recently announced pending retirements bringing to an end a hugely successful 16 year career, and not ones for doing things by half, they’ve decided to go out with a bang by embarking on a massive worldwide farewell tour - and they’ve selected Christchurch as their NZ stop!
After memorable past sets at the infamous Nu Beginnings and more recently at Mystic Forest, these freeform fanatics are back for one last night of explosive energy and crazy antics behind the decks!

Tickets are limited due to parking constraints, Online Tickets will stop at 11am on Saturday the 3rd of December (or when sold out). Hot food and coffee will be available on site. Gates open at 2pm for camping.
This is an alcohol free party. Any alcohol will be forfeited at the gate and will not be returned.
Please do not bring glass or dogs to the site. As always, dress warm, bring water for you and your friends, and plan to take all your litter home with you.
Please note that there is limited parking available on-site, so please carpool wherever possible. Camping on the beach is available and there is plenty of additional parking for 4WD vehicles.
★★DIRECTIONS★★
Take SH1 north out of Christchurch, travel through Amberley, through Waipara past the Hanmer Spring turnoff. After Greta Valley, take the 2nd turnoff on your right into Stonyhurst Rd. Follow it along until it turns into Blythe Road, then take a right at the hairpin into Napenape Road. Will be signposted from SH1.
