Sticky Fingaz has been holding it down in the mix for 4 12 years his style has been describe as funky mix of hiphop, dancehall and reggae.Sticky has become one of the most sort after and well known djs in Christchurch due to his heavy involment in radio, teaching, promotion and battling but mostly because he knows how to rock the party.

Every international and national hiphop gig that has come to Christchurch in the last Three years has had sticky supporting, most recently the mighty Guru [Gangstarr] and Dilated Peoples plus national stars Scribe, P-money, DJ Sirvere, Savage, Ladi6, Sal Dub, Shapeshifter and Fat Freddys drop .Sticky Fingaz founded the Dollar Mix HipHop Show on 98.5rdu 2 years ago and as feature guest Scribe, Melo D [beatjunkies], P-Money, Ladi6, Mixologist [uk dmc team champs] & 4Corners and also interviewed DJ Revolution [Wake up show], DJ Sirvere [holla], Frontline [dirty records], A-Trak [1997 world dmc champ], Misfits of Science & Torrettes [BWW].

Sticky is has also put on a number of very successful gigs including the first CHCH beat box battle [Carbon 2004] which was a sell out, Saturday night live which feature Wellingtons GND and Dubwize and the Mistfits of science [both at Carbon 2004] first gig in the south island were both sold out. He also has the time to tutor turntablism and dj culture at the Christchurch polytechnic of New Zealand and has done for the last three years.

Now Sticky has established himself as a top dj he as now turn to production side of things teaming up with well known producer Confucius and has a project in the pipelines in other words watch this space.
