"We are Jeremy and Dylan, we write drum and bass and are ultimate hermits." They got together 5 years ago while still at high school.

"We’ve stuck together since then and even though we were living in different cities for two years we sill kept in touch and continued to write beats."

The Upbeats are due to release their debut album at the end of 2003 on Loop Recordings and are also working on a contract with a U.K label for a 12” single release.

"We want to play at a lot of the big festivals around the country over summer, as well as doing a nation wide album tour and hopefully a quick trip across the ditch to Australia."
